Change Management: The Four Levels of the Change Process Model

Change and evolution go hand in hand: The faster the evolution, the faster the change. In the current turbulent business environment, a need for evolution and adaptation has emerged. Over the last decades, experience has shown us that change is a process to follow and not just an idea to implement.
